Tuition and Affordability

Introducing the Tuition Calculator

Affordability has always been a significant priority for the leadership at St. John Paul the Great. The Board of Trustees are proud to introduce a new way to instantly calculate the tuition rate you’ll pay by using a new online form. This rate is subject to income verification during the application process.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The tuition calculator is designed to give you a quick and helpful estimate of affordability at JPG. Enter your information into the form and click submit. The base tuition rate generated is an estimate of your tuition before applicable scholarships from JPG or organizations like ACE. The income number you provide will be verified (through your most recent tax return) upon completion of your financial aid application. Once verified, your base tuition rate will be locked in when your student is enrolled at JPG.

  • Application and student life fees for the 2025-26 school year have been waived. There is a $55 fee to use a tuition payment plan required by FACTS. Due to the success and growth of the JPG athletics program, there will be athletic fees for the 2025-26 school year.

  • The tuition calculator does not replace the formal JPG admissions application. We developed the tuition calculator to provide you with a quick estimate of the base tuition rate you’ll pay by enrolling at JPG. An admissions and financial aid application will still need to be completed, followed by an interview with school leadership. Please see the Admissions Information page for more details.

  • Yes! Information about additional scholarships will be available on October 1, when the official financial aid application is open. Organizations like ACE also provide scholarships and have their own process and deadlines. Click here to learn more about ACE.

  • Current JPG families are invited to use the tuition calculator to calculate a new tuition rate for next year's enrollment. Even if the calculator generates a tuition amount higher than they are currently paying, our current families' tuition will never go up.

  • If your household income changes at any point during the year, you can recalculate your base tuition rate and request an adjustment through a conversation with the Admissions Office.

  • Yes, multiple children enrolled at JPG simultaneously will qualify your family for a 25% base tuition rate discount per child. This discount is before any applicable scholarships from JPG or other organizations like ACE.

  • Annual re-submission is not required. However, families with a change in income may wish to use the tuition calculator again to ensure they are paying the correct amount.

  • We believe that families of all sizes should be able to afford a JPG education! The system calculates based on the number of dependent children in a family. As most families support their children through college graduation, the age of “22” at the end of the current school year is the cap for dependent students.
