Tuition and Affordability

Families who choose to send their children to St. John Paul the Great Catholic High School understand they are committing to the JPG mission and to a financial investment in the exceptional value of the formation and education at our school. We ask every family to prayerfully consider the amount they can pay toward full tuition, as our full tuition remains below the cost to educate per student.

Payment Plans Available

Step 1: Determine Your Tuition Range

If you would like to learn more about financial aid at JPG, please click on the link below. After completing the form, you will receive an estimated range of financial aid you may qualify for through the application process.

Step 2: Complete Application

Every family seeking financial support must submit a financial aid application through FACTS, which will be used to assess the available financial aid from JPG. Your final tuition amount is provided after completing the application process, with the amount determined individually for each student based on factors like family income, household size, and other family circumstances.

Deadlines

Financial Aid: The application opens on October 1, 2025, and the deadline to apply is February 1, 2026.

Additional Scholarships

Additional scholarships are available through the Schmitz Family Foundation and ACE.

Please note the ACE and Schmitz Family Foundation scholarships are awarded through a separate application process, due April 15. Scholarship applications open in early February 2026.

    • Daily Busing Fee: $1,200 - Option to bill annually or in two semester installments of $600

    • Parking Permit Fee: $100 - Option to bill annually or in two semester installments of $50

    • Sports Fees:

      • First Sport $300

      • Second Sport $200

      • Third Sport $100

        For example, a three-sport athlete pays $600 in total athletic fees for the year.

    • Other Fees:

      • Other optional formation and extracurricular events (e.g., dances) may include fees, to be communicated throughout the year.

  • Yes! Organizations like ACE also provide scholarships and have their own process and deadlines. Click here to learn more about ACE.

  • Yes, multiple children enrolled at JPG simultaneously will qualify your family for a 25% tuition rate discount for your second child and beyond. This discount applies to the tuition calculator amount and is before any applicable scholarships from JPG or other organizations like ACE.

  • Annual resubmission is required to continue to be considered for financial assistance.
