The terms for text messages from St. John Paul the Great Catholic High School in Denver, Colorado: what we send, how often, and how to stop.

1. The program

These terms cover the JPG Updates text-message program from St. John Paul the Great Catholic High School (JPG), legally registered as Central Denver Classical High School, EIN 87-1489254, 2330 S. Sherman St., Denver, CO 80210, (720) 881-0395. Messages are sent as SMS (text only). Every message names the school as the sender.

2. What we send

When you opt in, we may text you about:

  • the federal scholarship tax-credit program, including reminders about your commitment
  • school news and events
  • ways to support JPG

Consent is not a condition of any donation, purchase or admission.

3. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text-message box on a JPG website form and giving your mobile number. The box is never checked for you, and you don't have to check it to submit the form. We record your number, the date and time, and the form you used as proof of consent.

4. How often

Message frequency varies. We text only when we have something worth your time.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. JPG doesn't charge for the program.

6. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed; after that, you won't receive more texts from JPG. To rejoin, reply START.

8. Who can join

The program is for adults 18 and older. Please only give a mobile number that belongs to you.

9. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers; texts are sent only to U.S. and Canadian (+1) numbers.

10. Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
