Norton Rainey serves as CEO of ACE Scholarships, one of the nation's largest K-12 scholarship-granting organizations. Under his 23-year leadership, ACE has provided over 100,000 scholarships to lower-income families across 12 states, empowering them with access to high-quality private education. His passionate belief that "changing education changes everything" has driven ACE's expansion and its pivotal role in advancing educational freedom through tax credit scholarships and Education Savings Accounts.

This mission is personal for Norton, whose own son Jack has benefited from school choice after struggling with learning disabilities. This firsthand experience fuels his unwavering commitment to ensuring every child can attend a school that fits their needs. Beyond leading ACE's growth, Norton played a vital role in the landmark Espinoza v. Montana Supreme Court case expanding school choice nationwide. He lives in Colorado with his wife of 22 years, Kara, and their three children.

JPG opened its doors in 2022 with a bold vision: to form students who are rooted in truth, guided by faith, and prepared to lead in a rapidly changing world.

Since then, we’ve tripled in size—and next year, we’re on pace to do it again, welcoming 190 students from 61 zip codes into our growing community of scholars and disciples.
